Classroom representatives competed in the Valley Academy qualifying round of the Scripps National Spelling Bee.  The winner will advance to the next round of competition.  Those who reach the final round compete in Washington, D.C.  Last year, 11 million students competed nationwide, with 285 students reaching the finals.  For an inside look at Bee Week…
