Valley Academy Girls’ Volleyball had the honor of being the first team to play a regulation match in the new gymnasium on September 12th. The first set of the match was a win for the Coyotes! Fans enjoyed the bleacher seating and the air conditioning while cheering on their teams. Athletic Director Mrs. Browne, Coach Mims, and Nurse McIver kept track of the action at the scorers’ table. Between games, the players talked strategy with Coach Emma McIver and Coach De La Cruz. If you can’t make a game, the gym will be open for you to see on Family Fun Night, Thursday, September 28th.
